Rental Policies

EQUIPMENT DAMAGE.  Customer is responsible for all damage to the equipment not caused from ordinary wear and tear unless customer purchases Rental Equipment Damage Waiver. $10 Charge per day up to $50By agreeing to the Rental Equipment Damage Waiver, renter will not be personally liable for damage, for normal wear and tear up to $500.00. Customer will be liable for damage in excess of $500.00. This includes cracks in the plastic body, damaged wheels or steering column.

 

Renters Responsibilities. Customer will not give or transfer possession of the equipment to anyone else and the equipment shall not be transported out of Las Vegas, Nevada without express written consent from Premier Mobility Providers LLC. The equipment shall be returned to rental location in Resorts World Las Vegas unless arrangements have been made directly with Premier Mobility Providers LLC. Guests are required to remove key from scooter when not in use or unattended.

 

Safe Driving. Customer is not to exceed a safe speed, not more than half of maximum while operating indoors.

 

Operator use only. Customer shall not allow any passengers at any time.

 

Driving under the influence. Equipment should never be operated by intoxicated persons or persons under medication that inhibits or impairs the operator’s ability to operate the equipment.  ***In Las Vegas it is considered a full DWI offense to drive a scooter while intoxicated***

 

Operation. Read operating manual and all warning labels before operating equipment. Use extreme caution and reduce speed when approaching, entering, or exiting an elevator. Never attempt to utilize stairs or escalators with equipment.

 

Forfeiture. Forfeit of equipment without refund may result if agreement rules are not followed.

 

Loss or Theft. Customer is responsible for the replacement value of the equipment if lost or stolen. ***Customer will be charged a fee of $60.00 a day up to $6,000 until rental unit is returned or paid in full at retail market value. If the recovery team has to locate and recover the scooter then the renter will be charged a one time $200 Recovery fee.*** 

 

Disputes. Any dispute arising out of this agreement shall be brought in the Eighth Judicial District, Clark County, Nevada. In the event suit or action is brought by any party under this Agreement to enforce any of its terms, or in any appeal therefrom, it is agreed that the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.

 

Right of Way. The operator should always yield to Hotel Guest and operate the equipment in a reasonable manner without threat to the general public.

 

Entire Agreement. This Agreement contains the entire understanding between and among the parties and supersedes any prior understandings and agreements among them respecting the subjects matter of this agreement.
